What it is, and what it is not.
This is a static review demo of the APCC Cohort Library, prepared so the APCC Secretariat can review the visual design, cohort presentation, and data-gap labelling before the production platform goes live.
It is not the production system. The production version is an interactive WordPress / DuckDB-backed platform with live search, dynamic profile pages for all 93 cohorts, an admin console, and a privacy-safe REST API. This static package has no backend and no live data.
Generated from apcc.duckdb (the 93-cohort source of truth), with coordinates and an ORCID present/absent indicator drawn from the supplementary Excel file. No external facts were added; missing values are shown as “To be confirmed”. See docs/DATA-SOURCES.md and assets/data/source-field-map.json.
Agincourt HDSS, AWI-Gen, AL-SEHA, COMBAT, Karene, and Pujehun are fully built. The other 87 cohorts are listed and searchable, with full profile pages coming in the production platform.
